1. Shipping Overview
ASTARI offers free shipping within Europe unless stated otherwise during checkout or promotional campaigns.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, and operational circumstances.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Netherlands and Belgium
Estimated delivery: Next working day for orders placed before 23:00, subject to carrier processing and availability.
Rest of Europe
Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 business days.
Rest of the World
Estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside ASTARI's reasonable control.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed promptly after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Processing times may vary during promotional periods, holidays, stock replenishment, or operational peaks.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Where available, a tracking number will be sent by email after dispatch.
Many shipments are sent as mailbox compatible packages or compact parcels depending on destination, carrier requirements, and product type. As a result, delivery may not always require the recipient to be present.
Delivery methods may vary depending on carrier, destination, package dimensions, and local delivery practices.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
ASTARI is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping costs resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete customer information
- Refused deliveries
- Failure to collect parcels
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where parcels are returned due to customer related delivery issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges
For orders shipped outside the European Union or to destinations where import procedures apply, local customs duties, taxes, import charges, or clearance fees may apply.
Such charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
ASTARI has no control over customs procedures or local import requirements.
7. Shipping Delays and Carrier Responsibility
ASTARI works with trusted shipping partners but does not control carrier operations once parcels have been dispatched.
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, ASTARI is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Labor actions
- Transport interruptions
- Regulatory restrictions
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact info@astariwearables.com as soon as reasonably possible.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
Resolution may depend on carrier investigation procedures, shipping status, and applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Returns and Exchanges
ASTARI offers a 30 day return and exchange policy for eligible orders.
If you are unable to successfully set up your wearable or are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
