Returns
Please send an email to: support@astariwearables.com within 30 days of the delivery date
Please remember to include your full name and order number. We will provide you with the correct return instructions.
After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return it. Once the return has been well received, we will refund your order within 5 days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
*Shipping or return costs will not be reimbursed.
NB
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
Make sure you include your order number with the return.
We do not provide return labels for returns or exchanges*
Returns are accepted if reported within 30 days of the delivery date. (For holiday gift consideration, items purchased between November 15 and December 24 will be accepted for return through January 14, provided all other guidelines are met.)
You are responsible for the arrival of the return at our address. We therefore recommend that you use a service with a track and trace option to track your return. If returned products are not received, no refund will be given or replacement will be arranged.
Any special offer may not apply after you have returned (part of) your order. In this case, your refund will be adjusted to the original price.
If you have received a damaged item, please email support@astariwearables.com within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.
