1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email support@astariwearables.com with:

- Your full name

- Your order number

We will respond with the return instructions. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

- The product must be returned unused, in original condition, and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging, including all accessories.

- You must include your order number with the return.

- You are responsible for ensuring the return arrives safely at our return address. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

3. Holiday Return Window

For holiday purchases, items bought between 15 November and 24 December may be returned until 14 January, provided all standard return conditions are met.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

If the product or packaging shows damage or wear beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product (e.g., excessive handling), a deduction may be applied to account for depreciation.

Refund adjustments may also apply if returning items disqualifies your order from a discount, promotion, or free item originally received.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@astariwearables.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include:

- Your order number

- A clear description of the issue

- Supporting photos, if applicable

We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

6. Important Notes

- Returns must be shipped within the return window. Returns received after this period may be rejected or refunded at our discretion.

- Items returned without prior notice may not be accepted.

- We do not accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

7. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. This right is extended by ASTARI to 30 days. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
