1. Voluntary Return Policy
ASTARI offers a voluntary 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact support@astariwearables.com and provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
Return instructions will be provided following approval of the return request.
Once your return request has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.
This voluntary return policy is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund under our voluntary return policy:
- The item must be returned in original condition and handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to assess its fit, appearance, and functionality.
- Where reasonably possible, items should be returned in their original packaging together with any accessories, documentation, or promotional items received.
- Your order number or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- Returns must be shipped to the return address provided by ASTARI.
Customers remain responsible for returned items until they are safely delivered to ASTARI's designated return address.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides shipment tracking and proof of postage, and customers should retain this documentation until the return has been confirmed as received.
ASTARI does not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise. However, where a return results from an incorrect item, defective product, or an error on our side, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, including return shipping support where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
3. Holiday Return Window
For holiday purchases, items ordered between 15 November and 24 December may be returned until 14 January, provided all standard return conditions are met.
4. Refunds and Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection and verification before a refund or other resolution is approved.
Once a return has been received and approved, ASTARI will initiate the refund within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Final settlement timing may depend on the relevant payment provider, bank, or card issuer and is outside ASTARI's direct control.
Where permitted by law, ASTARI reserves the right to apply a proportionate deduction to the refund amount if the returned product or packaging shows damage, wear, missing components, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Where a return affects eligibility for a promotion, bundle offer, discount, free gift, or minimum spend benefit originally applied to the order, ASTARI reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact support@astariwearables.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photographs or evidence where available
Prompt reporting helps us investigate shipping related issues and resolve claims more efficiently.
ASTARI may request additional information, supporting evidence, or return of the item before issuing a resolution.
Where permitted by law and depending on the circumstances, ASTARI may provide repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights relating to defective goods.
6. Unauthorized, Late, or Non Compliant Returns
Returns must be shipped within the applicable return period.
Returns submitted outside the permitted timeframe may be refused or accepted solely at ASTARI's discretion, where legally permitted.
Items returned without prior authorization or without sufficient identifying information may not be accepted or processed.
ASTARI reserves the right to refuse unauthorized, incomplete, non compliant, fraudulent, abusive, or excessive return requests where permitted by law.
7. Shipment Risk and Return Responsibility
Until received at ASTARI's designated return address, returned items remain the responsibility of the customer.
ASTARI is not responsible for return shipments lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit.
Customers should retain tracking information and proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.
8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
ASTARI voluntarily extends this period to 30 days under the conditions set out in this Refund Policy.
Where statutory rights apply, those rights remain unaffected and prevail where required by law.
If applicable law requires reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges following a valid withdrawal, such reimbursement will be limited to the standard shipping option originally selected. Additional charges for upgraded or express shipping services are non refundable unless otherwise required by law.
9. Fraud Prevention and Fair Use
To protect customers and maintain a fair returns process, ASTARI reserves the right, where permitted by law, to investigate and decline returns or refund requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, repeated excessive returns, misuse of the policy, or activity inconsistent with fair consumer use.
