We want you to feel confident when ordering from ASTARI.

If you are unable to successfully set up your wearable or are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 30 day return policy for eligible purchases.

Please review the conditions below before returning your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Your full name
  • Your order number

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Once your return request has been approved or acknowledged, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be returned unused and in original condition
  • Where reasonably possible, the original packaging and accessories should be included
  • Your order number must be included with the return
  • You are responsible for ensuring the return reaches our return address safely

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method with track and trace.

ASTARI does not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, for example in the event of an incorrect shipment or confirmed product defect.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.

3. Holiday Return Window

For holiday purchases, products ordered between 15 November and 24 December may be returned until 14 January, provided all standard return conditions are satisfied.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

If returned products or packaging show damage, wear, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product, a deduction may be applied to reflect depreciation or loss in value.

Refund adjustments may also apply where returning items affects eligibility for discounts, promotional offers, bundled pricing, or complimentary items originally included with the order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs where applicable

We will investigate and resolve the matter as promptly as possible, either through replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

6. Important Return Information

  • Returned items must be shipped within the applicable return window
  • Returns received outside the permitted timeframe may be rejected or refunded at ASTARI's discretion
  • Returns sent without prior contact or notification may not be accepted
  • ASTARI does not accept liability for returns lost or damaged during return transit

7. Legal Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

ASTARI voluntarily extends this return period to 30 days for eligible purchases.

Nothing in this policy limits or affects your legal consumer rights under applicable law.
