Do you need to charge the wearable?

Because Astari uses analog technology, you never have to charge the wearable and you are always ready to use it. Even if your phone battery is empty!

Do I need to have my phone nearby while paying?

No, you don't need a telephone nearby to pay. After setting it up once, you can now make payments using just the wearable! (and PIN code)

Is it safe?

Astari wearables are certified by Mastercard and are therefore subject to the highest security standards for international payment transactions. It works in the same way as contactless payment with a 'normal' debit card. If necessary, you can easily (temporarily) block the wearable in the Manage MII app.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up your wearable is easy and takes a maximum of 5 minutes. If you are looking for a detailed explanation, click here .

Does the wearable expire?

No, not the wearable itself. When the payment card that you link to the wearable expires, you can relink the new payment card for free via the app.

Are ASTARI Wearables water resistant?

Our wearables are water resistant and their function will not be damaged by water. However, the leather is a natural product, so for the lifespan and appearance of the wearable it is advisable to avoid water where possible.

Are the wearables sustainable?

Our wearables are made of sustainable apple leather. This leather performs better in all conditions and is also durable, win win!

Can I use both contactless payment and the business card at the same time?

Yes, a telephone will automatically select the business card and the payment terminal will read your debit card. So you don't have to choose yourself.

This exclusive Astari bracelet is made of premium sustainable apple leather. This is made from apple peels left over from the production of apple juice in Italy.   1. Select the ASTARI wearable or wearables that suit you and pay. After this, navigate to the “ Setup ” Page to see how to set this up.
  2. Download the Manage MII app to set up the wearable, which can be found here .
  3. Activate your new ASTARI wearable by following the steps.
  4. In the app you can also adjust all functionality and (temporarily) block it if necessary.
