Setup flow
Four steps, one clean activation.
Follow the official setup process by connecting your wearable through Curve or a supported bank card, installing the Manage Mii app, pairing your wearable via NFC, and then simply tapping to pay with your ring, bracelet, or keychain.

Manage Mii is the control center for setup, card management, temporary freezes, and wearable control.

Place your wearable against the NFC point on the back of your phone and hold it still while pairing completes.

Connect your card
Enter your Curve card or supported card details in Manage Mii, then tap the wearable to finish activation.
STEP 1 - Download Curve
Use Curve for the easiest setup.
Most users set up a free Curve wallet, where you can safely add your existing payment cards. Then, you link your Curve wallet to your Astari ring or bracelet. That’s it, you’re ready to pay.
If your bank is directly supported, you can connect that card instead. If your bank isn’t on the list, no worries, just use Curve instead. It works with nearly all Visa and Mastercard cards.
Curve is currently available in the UK and EEA: EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
STEP 2 - Download Manage Mii
Manage your wearable from one app.
The Manage Mii app serves as the control center for your wearable, enabling you to set up, manage, and temporarily freeze it with ease, giving you complete control over its functionality.
STEP 3 - Link your wearable
Find the sweet spot and hold still.
Open Manage Mii and place your wearable against the back of your phone. Use the NFC location image to find the right point for your device.
- Remove your phone case if it blocks or limits the NFC signal.
- Keep all other cards away from the phone while pairing.
- Hold the wearable still against the phone until pairing completes.
Step 4 - Connect your payment method to wearable
Finish activation with Curve or your supported card.
Once your payment cards are added to Curve, you then link the Curve card to your wearable to complete adding a payment method to your wearable.
- Open Curve, then go to Launchpad, Account, and Card Details.
- Copy your Curve card details into Manage Mii.
- Hold the wearable flat and still against the NFC point until setup completes.
- If you have a directly supported payment card, simply enter those card details instead.
Tap to pay
Use the right contact point for your wearable.
Astari wearables pay like a contactless card once activated. The best position depends on whether you wear a ring, bracelet, or carry a keychain.
Ring
The antenna runs around the full ring. Place the ring parallel against the terminal NFC area. Making a fist while tapping helps keep the ring aligned.
Bracelet
The payment chip sits behind the contactless logo in the center of the bracelet. Position the middle of the bracelet flat against the terminal.
Keychain
The payment chip is embedded in the center of the keychain. Hold the middle of the keychain flat against the contactless reader.
Samsung Pay Curve-provided cards need a regular Curve account.
If your Curve card will not connect, you may be using a Samsung Pay Curve-provided card. That card cannot be linked to Astari, so switch to a regular Curve account.
